Marshall Stern is first and foremost a husband and father of 2 young adults. Employing a work life balance plan to achieve this vital aspect to home & business life. Over the past 35 years he has started and led several small businesses and published his first book  in 2009 titled "Now is The Time, The Stern Truth on Growing A Business in Any Economy".  In 2011 he partnered with Leadership Expert John C. Maxwell and become one of his certified Leadership Coaches, Speakers and Teachers.
