Craig Addy’s purpose as a creator and performer is to provide nurturing, healing, and beautiful musical experiences. Craig listens to participants’ stories, experiences and issues and re-creates what is shared with creative spontaneous piano compositions capturing and expanding the emotional essence of what is shared. Sometimes words alone cannot access what needs to be expressed. Music, in Craig’s hands, is a powerful conduit between the mind and the heart - conscious and unconscious.
He provides both in-person and online experiences. During in-person events, individuals or couples experience improvised piano music while lying under a grand piano. The music and the piano's powerful vibrations facilitate a new access to being with and uncovering emotions. Whether online or in-person, the re-creative power of Craig’s musical experiences are valuable for people dealing with grief, stress, and anxiety. During our conversation Craig spontaneously composed & played a beautiful piano selection focused on helping relax my mind & body from the demands of my voice over business.
